Descendance National Theatre: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Dance Theatre

Descendance preserves and promotes Australian Aboriginal culture. We represent Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders from many diverse tribes. Descendance has both traditional and contemporary indigenous performance. We create employment opportunities and develop careers in music, dance and song.

Descendance’s award winning show has toured to over thirty countries around the world as well as extensive touring in its native Australia. Descendance has some of the world’s finest, Didgeridoo Players, Dancers, Singers, Storytellers, Choreographers, Painters, Musicians, Models, and is now assisting in booking and preserving other world cultures.
